Addressing section numbering

Looks like there's a numbering issue with two "2.5" sections — one about cookies and one about legal age. I assume we need to preserve the user's original formatting, so I'll leave those as is. Using <u> tags for the headings could work for some extra emphasis. In terms of structure, I can insert a horizontal line between the two sections, like in section 1, to maintain consistency. That should keep everything tidy while following the user's instructions!

Formatting adjustments

It looks like we need to make sure major sections are separated by '---', just like in the previous parts. After the two "2.5" sections, I'd add an '---' before moving to section 3: "USE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED." I should also follow their nested numbering format, indenting by 4 spaces for sub-items. I’ll bold headings like "Personal Information" for clarity, as they did in section 1. The rest seems to follow a simple structure with numbered lists and bold section names. I’ll keep the format intact, just adjusting where necessary.
